Little Akie makes three 2YO winners for Akhadan The impressive debut win of Little Akie at Strathalbyn in July gave Akhadan three 2YO winners in as many months. Meadows Jim (from Keepara Princess by Keepers) started the mini-streak when he was successful at Murray Bridge in May and was followed by Smoke 'em Billy (Make Mine Ruby by Rubiton) who added a Balaklava win in June. Little Akie (Double Spirits by Blevic) was super impressive at Strathalbyn pulling his way to the front and careering away in the straight to win by five lengths. Little Akie is trained on the track by Brian Mueller who is also credited as breeder of the promising juvenile.
